An evening of culinary and creative stimulation. Join art expert and facilitator Hildi Wolfish B.Sc., M.S.W. for an intimate and interactive art experience that will help you to cultivate your artistic eye and engage with ENGINE GALLERY's cutting edge contemporary art.
Then, experience culinary finery at THE BOILER HOUSE with a three course dinner in a special VIP setting with live entertainment and exceptional ambiance.

First Course
Boiler house soup creation of the day.

Collection of mini lettuces, sheep's mile blue cheese, black currants, oven dried tomato filet and rye crostini.
or
Pan seared butternut squash gnocchi, truffle scented braised leek, fresh ricotta and toasted hazelnut crumble.
Second Course
Herb roasted king mushroom, eggplant stew tian, pearl vegetable and quinoa paella, oven dried tomatoes.
or
Baked grouper filet, beef bacon, fingerling potato and baby vegetable hash, butter braised swiss chard, oven dried and marinated tomato filets, nicoise olive tapenade.
or
New york striploin, cauliflower brandade, charred tomato fondue, spiced onion rings.
Third Course
Valrohna mild chocolate parfait, sour cherry and black pepper compote, candied pecan cream.

Prince Edward county goat's milk cheese cake, wild honey and graham crust, warm strawberry fondue.
