Sculpture & Wall Panels

Jul 29, 2004 - Aug 11, 2004

Brass, cement, steel, clay & sand sculputres by Freddie Towe

Residing in Toronto, this local artist is well known for creating contemporary sculptures using a variety of natural media. Through the masterful use of primal materials like metal, stone, cement and clay, Freddie creates sculptures and large-sized wall panels, which are both chaotic and harmonious.

Emanating from her modest sense of spirituality, each piece represents a magical, emotional and complex expression. They emit a sense of motion, conveying more than just a static representation, but rather, movement of form and a fluidity that makes them appear as if they were telling a story.
